

Windy Acres Dairy Farm
we are an Amish, family-owned raw dairy farm nestled in the gently rolling hills of western Kentucky. Founded in 2008 by the Stoltzfus family—Jacob, his wife, their son, and sister-in-law—Windy Acres began as a conventional dairy producing pasteurized milk. After 13 years, we chose a new path, selling our dairy and transitioning fully into organic farming.

In 2024, Windy Acres launched a grass-fed Jersey dairy, producing raw A2A2 milk from cows that are 100% grass-fed, non-GMO, and antibiotic-free. Our farming practices prioritize animal welfare, soil health, and sustainability, resulting in a product that is as wholesome as it is nourishing. In addition to raw milk, we also offer raw cream, butter and pasture raised eggs.
Windy Acres is deeply rooted in family, stewardship of the land, and respect for nature. Our mission is to provide their community with the freshest, most nutritious food possible—locally and organically raised—while improving the health of the planet. We believe in producing food the way nature intended.
